2 - Process

By commissioning me, you agree and understand that I have the right to draw your character in my own style.Payment is due upfront, at the beginning of the commission.Sketches will be sent to clients upon payment, upon which any changes MUST be requested at this time. I do not do "surprise me" commissions, and will not withhold an approval sketch.BE SPECIFIC. Vague concepts will result in my personal interpretation- and multiple edits to said interpretation may result in additional surcharges. I reserve the right to use personal judgement in these cases.BE CONCISE. Please request all edits at once, to save time and effort. Multiple requests to edit (IE: back and forth messages) may result in extra surcharges for time spent.Major edits after the sketch phase will incur an extra $10 surcharge per edit.I will do check-in's every few days depending on your place in the queue. This may include image updates, or process updates (IE: I am at this stage but can't send an image).

3 - Refunds/Cancellations

If at any time during the process you require a cancellation, tell me as soon as possible.Cancellations will not result in a blacklist, UNLESS I have already finished the entire piece.Refunds will be given out at the following percentages:
Sketch - 80%
Lineart - 60%
Line + Color - 40%
Complete work - 0%I will send a heavily watermarked image to you as proof of completion. You may not use this image at all.If at any time I have to cancel a commission myself, the above percentages still apply- in this scenario and this scenario only, clients will receive a watermarked image that they may use- so long as the usage still adheres to my terms of service.Chargebacks will result in an automatic blacklist.

4 - Rights, distribution, uses

I reserve the right to post any artwork I make on my socials. Clients reserve the right to be kept anonymous or be tagged appropriately.I reserve the right to refuse any commission at any time, for any reason.I reserve the copyright for the artwork created. Clients may use the images for personal use, such as icons, headers, etc, but all images must have clear credit to me as the artist.Under no circumstances, at all, may my art or anything I create be used for cryptocurrency, NFTs, blockchain, or AI-art training. Anyone found to be doing this will be reported as necessary, and the resulting artwork taken down.For characters created and sold (designs, adopts, etc), I retain the commercial copyright. Users who bought or obtained these designs may not, under any circumstance, use these designs commercially (games, comics, etc). Personal use is allowed. All designs must be credited to me as the creator/designer.For heavily edited or changed designs, so long as it is still recognizable as the initial design, these rights remain.Under no circumstances may any user repost my artwork, designs, or any other creative work by me. All artwork will be posted on linked socials. Any artwork not posted by me will be reported and taken down.

5 - Will/Won’t Do Content

I will not do: NSFW, intense gore/guro, bigotry-inspired art, anything involving IRL people without explicit, written consent, and/or kink-related art.I will do anything that is not listed above. I reserve the right to decline a commission even if the contents do not fall in the ‘won’t do’ category.I excel in drawing animals, people, and nature-inspired backgrounds- though I am open to drawing almost anything.Highly complex concepts (city scapes, mecha, etc) may incur an additional surcharge.
